Didn’t get credit for a purchase – LEGO Batman: DC Super Heroes Review

I just purchased the $4.99 golden bricks package & did not get the bricks!!! Now I have a very upset child & I’m not going to try & buy more. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!
