Doesn’t work on my iPad – TED Review

We just drove from California to Colorado. In preparation, I downloaded multiple talks and NOT A SINGLE ONE WOULD PLAY. Several times I got the message: You are not connected to the internet (and the purpose of downloading ahead of time would be.......?). Even when I had cell service, the ap would not play talks. I also tried to satisfy the ap using my iPhone hotspot; no good. Worthless
