If you review recent winners, one person named “Astrid” has won most of the goods by donating the most. Good idea in theory, but prefer raffles. Maybe this app is just a way to get rich people who wouldn’t donate otherwise to donate, which is good, but if you only can donate 20$ at a time, not with it with this app. Try Omaze.
