WHERE THE ... ARE THE SUCTION CUP SECTIONS?!!!! – WebCC Review

This game brings back memories of grade school in the mid 90s. BUT WHERE THE ... ARE THE SUCTION CUP SECTIONS?!!!! I’ve been playing a week now and I saw the suction cup boots twice, got them once and never needed to use them. Like I haven’t seen once the green-black-white arrow tiles in this game. In the 90s, I would have been able to use the suction cup boots a bunch of times by now. Do the game developers just hate suction cup sections or something? ?
