I can’t read. – READIT - Chat Stories Review

So I was looking for stories to read and I found this! So I opened the app to read, but it didn’t work. I tried clicking on the stories to read but it wouldn’t like me read. It was sorta like the app was frozen, But I could scroll. So if you could add instructions that would be nice.
