New iPad, everything gets deleted – Home Design Story Review

I absolutely love this game! I got to lever 50, and had been playing for a few year when I recently got a new iPad, and when I carried over this app, it totally restarted it and all of my progress?PLEASE find a way to fix this! I love this game so much though and I really wish you could fix it☹️
