First pvp experience = lost a ship I paid real money for, I can never get it back – Second Galaxy Review

I was attempting to complete a mission, minding my own business while heading to a space station and some random player attacks me and destroyed my ship. It was an Avalon cruiser that I paid real money for during one this game’s selling events, now it is gone forever and I can never get it back. I can never get it back because one, I got this particular ship from a one time selling event making this ship unattainable now and two, as I just learned from my first pvp experience, once your ship is destroyed in pvp it is gone forever along with all of the equipment thar was in it. After this experience I now pretty much lost all interest in playing second galaxy anymore. I mean, at this point and after this pvp experience, why would I continue to play second galaxy and invest anymore time, effort, and any more real money in this game if at any time any player can attack you and cause you to loose your ship forever along with all of the equipment on that ship, and along with all of the time and effort that was invested into that ship and all of the equipment on that ship. Furthermore, now that I know that when a ship or ship equipment purchased with real money is destroyed by another player it is gone forever, it does not make any sense to me to spend real money on ships or ship equipment only to loose them forever should they be destroyed. I really did like this game up until this pvp experience. The risk of loss and the cost of loss in this game is a bit too steep and demoralizing for me, it takes away the fun of playing this game, and it completely removes the interest and desire that I had to play second galaxy. 7/9/20 -My response to the developer’s response. Thank you for your response. Over all second galaxy was very fun and interesting to play for me up until my ship and all components on it were lost forever after being attacked and destroyed by another player, along with the realization that any further investment of my time, effort, and possibly real money can be gone in an instant and possibly forever with certain ships and components as I can be attacked at any time and endlessly by obnoxious and overpowered players. And to me, the knowledge of this high and unforgiving risk of playing second galaxy keeps me from playing this game anymore. I understand that the way second galaxy was developed is set in stone, but if there is any possibility of making changes so that all of your investment of time, effort, and real money is not lost at the drop of hat and possibly forever after being attacked by obnoxious players, I would definitely come back to second galaxy. My suggestions for changes would be to: 1) allow players to get back ships and items that were acquired with real money through reasonable and fun gameplay means instead of just being gone forever after being attacked and destroyed by other obnoxious and overpowered players. 2) And add limits and/or change the current balancing in the game to prevent obnoxious and overpowered players from attacking other players who are easy targets from them. Thank you for your consideration, I look forward to your efforts in making second galaxy to be fair and fun for everyone who plays your game and I look forward to your dedication to your game and to all of your players of second galaxy (and not just to those players who are wallet warriors like in many other games).
