Keeps losing my prize boxes from ringing bell – My Secret Bistro Review

Love this game but keeps saying I lose connection after I ring my bell in my cafe and receive the new mystery pots (silver, bronze and gold) and when I go back into game, they are all gone. Keeps happening :(
