Worst cash grab ever – Dragon Idle Adventure Review

It could be a fine idle game but the devs take cash-grabbing to the extreme. It is painfully bad. Example 1: In order to play in idle mode you need specific dragons. In events, you start without those dragons and can only get them from chests on a 4 hour timer. You might spend half or more of the limited time event just trying to get the right random rolls to play. Example 2: Once you have the required dragons to start idling, your goal is to go up in levels. At each level they increase the level requirement of your idle dragons. In order to level your dragons you need both fruits and dragon cards, two more random rolls that you can’t really earn. You can only get rolls by using things that rely on other random rolls. I spend more time hoping for items to be able to idle than actually idling. 0 out of 5 stars if I could. Just one big cash grab. I would be glad to give them money but all the shop purchases are geared for whales and addicts. $10 gets you just enough to get past the current level. Getting through a single timed even can easily cost you more than a AAA special edition release on a console. Heck you could probably buy a new console too. Games like this is why Apple Arcade exists. So much nonsense to keep you from playing and just trading your cash for digital gambling.
