Game Issue – Vampires - #1 Vampire Game Review

I just started playing this game today, and there’s already a big issue. So I made my character and after a minute or two I closed out of the app because I had to do a quick task. Then when I try to go back into the game it makes me creat my character over and over again. It won’t let me close out of the character creator screen. What is going on here? Please fix it, I was really looking forward to playing this game! ???‍♀️
