So disappointed.... – Fish Tycoon 2 Virtual Aquarium Review

I love love love this game it is so relaxing and fun. It is my go to everywhere....at home and the office. However, twice now I will get pretty far into it with magic fish and a good built up bank with gems and money and it will start over all on its own. The first time I just took it in stride and started over, but this time... come on.... I am so disappointed and let down.... is there anything I can do to retrieve my tanks... I had two sale tanks and two fish tanks... I mean ... really? I only tended these tanks on one device so I can’t even blame it on multiple device issues.... any ideas on whatI can do to get my progress back?
