Where are the ads for Cinema drive in and Post office? – City Mania: Town Building Game Review

I like this game. I have been playing this for 2 weeks already but there is something wrong. How would i ever get a Crate and Spin wheel shortcut? Why is the ad video button greyed out suddenly instead of green? Please update this game immedately to fix this.
