Search broken – TED Review

The reason I’m leaving this review is because I could not find any other way to contact you. I searched the Ted.com website and I could not seem to find any sort of a general contact information. Now to the heart of the matter, I happen to see a video title somewhere so I wrote the info down. When I search in the app, I could not find any videos by that person or with that name, however when I searched using the TED website, your website found the video and gave me the option to open it in the app, which worked fine, and I was able to watch the video. I did read a couple (literally) of reviews before posting this, and I saw your response to another review that older TEDx videos are not supposed to be available in the app, well, the video I am referring to is a TEDx video. A thought, why not return results for videos and if they are not supposed to be available in the app, give a link to where it can be viewed? Also, on a whim I tried to play it on my Apple TV after adding it to “my list”, and it won’t play there, yet it plays just fine on the phone… Your app is extremely frustrating!
