Undecided – NOAA Radar Pro: Weather Alerts Review

Radar imagery is secondary rate. Their are no layers or the ability to track storm cells which is easily obtained from free apps or websites. Granted 5$ is pocket change but I’m just trying to figure out what I paid for. This app was ranked high. What does it do better other than any other radar/weather app?
