Mmmmmmm.. – Little Hand Doctor & Nail Spa Game - fun makeover salon for kids (boys & girls) Review

First of all, what the heck are these people doing to themselves?! Sorry, I just really had to say that. Well, you can't even finish their hands because, like, half of everything is locked. And to unlock everything, you need to pay the game in real money! I just feel like this is kind of a waste of time and patience. Buy it if you want, but you're not getting much.
