Produces Interesting Effects – Stained Review

I have seen this type of treatment in many other apps, bright edges being defined, but this little gem adds a bit of flexibility to the mix. It is fun to play with, and you will quickly see that some images work better than others. Also the adjustment graph is an interesting approach, I find I prefer to stay on the left, and raise the adjustment up/down to a desired intensity. Not sure I will be applying much of the blurring effect, we'll see. Running on my iPad2, I loaded 12mp images, and the app never missed a beat, and saves images at full original resolution, something rare, and the developer should be commended for that. I picked up the app when it was free, so no expense to me. Is it worth a buck or two? If you are looking for this type of effect, this is a good app to consider. It is fun, stable, handles full size images, and produces flexible, pleasing results.
