Not how I thought it would be... BUT PLS READ – Glowing App Icons - Home Screen Maker Review

So I was looking for and app to change the color for my REAL app icons. So I found this blah blah blah... And I actully thought it was going to let me change the color of my REAL icons and make them glow....! But sadly it was a total SCAM
