No response from customer service on mistaken purchase – White Noise Baby Soother :Guva Review

I accidentally purchased this app - I downloaded the free version initially and the option to purchase repeatedly popped up on my screen. I accidentally touched the screen when the purchase option was present and somehow Apple Pay went to work without me purposely choosing to purchase the app. I emailed customer service about my mistaken purchase twice and never received a response.
