I will NEVER do business with Skechers again!!!! – Skechers: Shop Shoes & Clothes Review

My first problem was when I ordered a pair of shoes on April 29, 2020 and I did not receive them until June 15, 2020. I sent an email to there customer service after 3 weeks inquiring about my order and no one never emailed me back.Once I received my shoes they didn’t fit I called my local sketchers store to see if they had them in stock, they didn’t carry them but they said I could bring them to the store for a refund because I mentioned how long it took for me to get my order. I go to the store with my shoes the next day to get a refund and they said they could not give me a refund I needed to send them back to Skechers online because I paid with Afterpay.I was speaking with an employee and a manager and explained that was not conveyed to me and that I would like a refund they told me no, they said they could possibly do a store credit but I couldn’t get my cash back. I want my money back, no store credit. The manager and employee got frustrated with me, and when I asked for there names to call corporate they refused to give me that information and said that’s their personal information... Then I got a store credit and ask for the phone number to check the balance on the card to make sure the money was there and they said look it up online and get it! I left and called corporate and of course they are closed because of COVID 19 and said email them!! I emailed you before and NO ONE ever responded back!! Skechers has POOR customer service all the way around! I was at store 387 in Phoenix, AZ!!! I will let everyone know NOT to shop with Skechers!!!
