DOES NOT TEACH PROPER COUNTING AND LACK OF TECH SUPPORT – Counting Bear - Easily Learn How to Count Review

My 18 month old loves this app and I did too, at first. After personalizing the settings in my own voice, the Numbers & all the Objects I've noticed this app is too slow at counting when my toddler touches the objects on the screen. She will touch 3rd item then if she hits two really quickly it will skip from saying #3 to #5. Therefor Teaching INCORRECT COUNTING. I have now sent TWO emails to their support team and have had no response what so ever. No updates to fix the error therefor I rate this so low. If changes are made I will definitely rerate this app BUT UNTIL THEN LOOK FOR DETAIL IN "MORE SECTION" THAT SHOWS "BUGS WERE FIXED ON COUNTING ERRORS" BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY!
