Need Help - Changed Device – Tonk Online - Rummy Card Game! Review

The program stopped working. It hangs at the startup page. Therefore, I am unable to provide you ID, etc. I am running the program on a MiniIpad. Help!!! -------------- changed my device from IPad Mini to IPad Pro 11. However, when I restored Tonk onto to the IPad Pro my winnings of ~ $750 million did not transfer. The restored app showed only $2,500 in my account. Support please provide procedures as to how to manually or automatically capture my $750 million dollar account amount. Thanks. Please clarify what you instructed in the following: “Please provide us the old account and new account profile screen screenshot....”
