Two things hold it back – Samurai Tiger Review

I'll get right to the point: This game desperately needs its overall speed increased, and the combat requires some—ANY—sort of collision detection...See Samurai 2 Really, this game can, and should be a classic. Beyond the two items listed above, it's solid. But no collision detection is really inexcusable in 2012. When you hit an enemy, nothing happens. They don't react, move backward, nothing. There is absolutely no change in animation whatsoever. On the speed issue, everything just moves too slow, and I think that gives an impression that the pacing is slower than it actually is.
