Do I have to download each game individual – GameHouse Original Stories Review

When I first saw this I immediately got it because I like these games. But then I saw that you had to either subscribe or do the trial I decided on the trial. When I went to play the games though it took me straight to the App Store so does this mean you have to individually download 39 games for this app to work!? Please let me know.
