Video LPR capture!!!!! – Vigilant Mobile Companion Review

The new app is amazing with video capture! It is a little clunky with the second login for LEARN mobile but I use LEARN mobile in a browser and not in the app so this is no problem for me as I just need the app to create thousands of LPR detections.
