crash problem – Bread Puppies Review

okay so the game looks cute and i extremely love dogs and my friend recommended this game to me but whenever i keep opening the app it keeps crashing. it happened on both the iphone X and ipad air. i’m thinking maybe it’s cause it’s the brand apple? whatever it is, can you please fix it? i really wanna play this game AND LOOK AT THE REVIEWS. everybody loves it and i wanna play it so can you help me? thank you!
