great game... but still a lot of ideas you can add – Labyrinth 2 Review
first of all, i have a LOT of ideas for this game as i played this when i was a kid and redownloaded it. since no new obstacles really have been added for years now, i’m writing all my suggestions here and hope that some of them can make it into the game.
bump: like cavity but bumps outwards.
ramps: extend out or the ground so the marble can jump over holes
jump pad: like ramp but in button form
spikes: kills you when you touch it
deadly lazer: like lazer in terms of look but kills you on impact, maybe lazer can be a different color to help differentiate
sentient cannonball: follows the player ball directly like a missile, and goes away after a while
features in the level editor i would like to see
more themes: there are only two themes, i think that a theme that looks like the ball is in a mansion would look kind of cool
grid feature: toggle on and off a grid to make alignment of holes and walls easier.
group select: to copy and paste clusters of objects, think of how much easier it’d be to remake the enigma pack with grid feature and group select
custom walls: a pen tool to create a vector path, which turns it into a wall. makes it possible to make triangular walls, or maybe even vector art as a level
custom holes/cavities/bumps: like custom walls but with holes, cavities, and bumps. imagine a rectangular hole, or a triangular cavity.
custom travel path: a pen tool to create a vector path for a moving wall, to make it possible for walls to move in circles, or follow a triangular path.
