Steals your money – Police Radio Review

Hello, I downloaded Police Radio this evening, to keep abreast of protests occurring in my area... First off, why not just make it a paid app up front? Why waste your customer’s time with ads popping up every minute and cutting out the scanner, forcing them to not be able to actually use the app?! Who in their right mind would use your “free” app in sixty second intervals only?! Just make it $1.99 from the bloody get-go! Second, purchased, or “upgraded“, in order to have a functioning app, and worked well, even when phone was put in sleep mode... awesome! Except later this evening when I go to use it again, all of the sudden I have ads again, and the same functionality I had is now gone! So, either give me back my “upgraded” functionality that I paid to have, or refund my money! Thank you.
