Like the game but need clues for "differences" – Find Differences: Her Secret Review

Okay so I've been playing and when I use the hints sometimes I do NOT see any difference on what it says has a difference. Took a screenshot and showed my son. He couldn't find the difference in the object either. Not sure if it's a glitch or what.
