App is awesome, customer service, not so much – Reason Compact - Make Music Review

This app is a must have, but once you got it you seem to be on your own, at least in my case. I paid for the full deal, but now after downloading the new iPhone update the app won’t let me restore purchases. Sent emails to customer service to no avail.
