Doesn’t work - Avoid this vendor – Teleprompter Pro - Script, Speech and Lyrics Prompter + Review

The script edit feature and script import feature doesn’t not work which means I can not use it at all. The manufacturer has another product with a different sku under the same name. It would appear that my product has been discontinued/no longer supported with updates and I’ve not been given a license for the product launched with the new sku. I think this may be an FTC issue.
