DEAR SPOTIFY, PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION – Spotify for Artists Review

So I’ve never made music before but I’ve always wanted to and I only have a regular Spotify account, Pancho And Her Beans, there’s no music on it, and it won’t let me claim my profile, why??? So what I’m asking is, how do I make an artist profile?!?!?!?! I have great music I want to upload from my computer so I can share it to the world and I can’t to this until you answer me back.
