Won’t let me claim my profile – Spotify for Artists Review

The app tells me I need to have a member of my team send me an invite. He sent an invite to my email but I never received it. He tried to resend it but it said it can’t because it already sent an invite to that address. I checked my spam and junk folders even ran a search for any email with the word Spotify in it and it is nowhere to be found. I get emails from Spotify all the time so I don’t understand why this one wouldn’t go through.
