Stopped working – Sono X10 Spirit Box PRO Review

I bought this pro edition two days ago. Since then I’ve updated my iPhone and now there is no sound at all from the app. I’ve checked permissions, volume in app and my phone. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. Nothing. I’ve essentially paid for nothing at this point. Disappointed. I can’t find where to discuss this with the developer so I guess a negative review is how it’s going to happen. I also can’t find anywhere that will tell me how I’m supposed to use the app. There’s a lot of insulting 5 star reviews that basically say if you leave a negative review because you don’t know how to use the app you’re stupid and should research how. I’m guessing these are left by people on the development team or by friends since there’s nothing out there to “educate” people on the process other than a scant few YouTube videos of people using the app which aren’t very informative. Perhaps if you want people educated you should maybe consider putting a page up and letting people know where it’s at.
