Why Can’t I Defeat Scheduled Posts?! – Workplace from Meta Review

I have Workplace installed on an iPhone X. Unfortunately, it will not allow me to make an instantaneous post to my team. I can only schedule posts, and sometimes they are scheduled and disappear into nothingness. I even deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail.
