App Won’t work need help – DIY Themes - Custom Backgrounds,Themes and Wallpapers For iOS 7 Review

I just got my first iPhone and was hugely disappointed to realize I can’t change my icons, wallpapers or themes on it as easily as in android phones. I have eight grandkids and I’ve been a Samsung user until this week, I’m learning a lot slowly lol. I would like to give your app a try if you can assist me. It saves my image choices in the app but how do I set the icons into the skins, no laughing iPhone users I’m a newbie and I admitted it? Your website says it is “under construction”, ...each time you tap save anything your “please rate our app!” pop-up pops up, before you’ve gotten to experience the app. I am probably doing something wrong on this different os Any help getting it going is appreciated tyia.
