How it works? – VPN PotatoVPN -Fast WiFi Proxy Review

The price is good, shows pretty good connection. However, google can identify my location even location services of my phone off, and VPN on. Why? Also, VPN doesn’t change my IP address, very strange, isn’t it??? Maybe I don’t understand something about this service, but deleted.
