don’t ever have an issue with the app. absolutely NO customer service – The Oregon Trail. Review

I have been playing this game for about a year and a half. there were some issues and still are with the app, but i continued to play bc I love this kind of world building app. I used to play frontierville through zynga and found oregon trail to be a bit better than the former. onto my current issue. I had the audacity to upgrade my phone. it was upon downloading OT that I noticed I was knocked back from level 98 to 1. it was my assumption that my data was being saved through gamespot but i couldn’t find and a way to get back to my original account. I am in a fb group and asked about this issue. a player noted that she had the same issue. she submitted a ticket regarding her issue and asked for her saved game file and received said file. I too did the same thing. I got an automated response asking me to download an app and submit what I had done prior to the loss of progress. I emailed back within minutes. I received NO RESPONSE. for the following week I would submit ticket after ticket. NOTHING. I even CALLED. no response. I am not starting over. I shouldn’t have to start over. I am just disgusted by the app’s creators. there is very little to no upgrades to the game. I still found a way to enjoy playing. I really think this would be a phenomenal app if creators hadn’t seemingly forgot about this app. I know 2 weeks ago, I thought it was a pretty good app. after this, nope. no. I invested time for the developers/creators to ghost me and show me what they thought about me. don’t waste your time if you are playing on a phone that you will eventually upgrade. don’t waste you time thinking the developers are going to actually give a rat’s a#% their app or the people that play it.
