Vehicle in Motion – Swift Dial*In Review

We are Team drivers, why does the app say vehicle in motion, and blocks you from using it. One of us isn’t driving and we should be able to use app. Please change this frustrating feature. Just deleted app and reloaded and still blocks you u from using with in motion. Please change this so the driver that ISN’T driving can use app again. It saves a lot of time for us to use the app in motion.
