Unable to access TIME digital after renewal – TIME Magazine Review

No problems for past few years. After renewal in Mar, unable to access/download new editions. Spent an hour contacting TIME Support only to be referred to a zinnio email. No luck there either (can’t talk to anyone and the web site is a run around).
