Charging twice – Interjet Review

To be honest for what I paid for I cannot complain about the flight..what I can complain about is the lack of customer service and that they’re allowed to charge at the desk for services that they charged when buying the ticket. For example when I bought my ticket I have written proof that I was allowed to take 2 checked bags. When I got to the counter they said I had to pay for the second and I’m on my way back they said I had to pay for both checked bags I wasn’t even allowed to take one. When I showed the email they said it was wrong and just plain said it was an error. They take advantage of peoples state of mind...when you fly you feel pressured and they know that people will pay anything to catch the flight that they have already paid for.
