Great range of dance, yoga and fitness classes. – NEOU: Fitness & Exercise App Review

I love the Indian dancing, yoga and funky dance classes. My kids like the HIT, boxing and kickboxing classes and my husband likes the strength classes. We hook it up to our cheap projector and have daily classes at home. I can’t recommend NEOU highly enough. We’ve been in quarantine since February and we’re all in much better shape.
