Difficult to access or no access at all – Mi Claro PR Review

Does not recognize email nor tel numbers. And when using "forget password" did recognize de tel number, but when entering the account for getting a new password, again does not recognize the account. And the invitee tool does not function. When accessing for support I get the following: Not Found The requested URL /contact.html was not found on this server.
