Perfect – Meme Creator/Viewer Review

I am ElmoWaffle, and this app is pretty great! It’s just that the GIFs are really dumb. But, the good things about this app is the 3 following reasons: 1: it’s pretty good, it has top caption and bottom caption, top caption only, bottom caption only and a freeform! Which is good to figure out what memes need what templates. 2: you can make your own templates, but that’s only if the level 10s on this app accept it. I submitted one and it got accepted. Cool how you can make your own meme templates 3: you can private chat with others on the app, maybe you want to find out their username for another game without everyone else knowing? Use the chat slot to do that! This app is great and I love it :)
