Very Difficult to Cancel Subcription – TIME Magazine Review

I signed up for a monthly subscription for Time digital when I got my app. When I tried to cancel, Time Magazine told me I had to do so with another business entity. It took four calls and emails over a week to establish that this was misinformation. Very poor customer service.
