Best tool for the job, if design challenged – RunGap - Workout Data Manager Review

This Swiss Army knife of workout data synchronization just works better than I’d have hoped. Yes, it’s ugly and unintuitive to find what you’re looking for. But really, you set it up once, then trust it to sync perfectly with minimal interaction.
