No, none, zero support from system. You lose $ or materials purchased as a result of glitches and bugs you are stalled repeatedly and with requests for screen shots etcetera. No matter what you do, you will be ignored for days and then contacted stating they haven’t heard from you. Game is complex and interesting, but there are players with years and thousands of dollars invested, and you can be wiped out easily. There is an element of bigotry in many of the exchanges. And the time zones for events favor the Far East. Update, another major glitch ( reported by dozens of players) resulting in loss of purchased items. They will stall incessantly, then show their “data” on their glitched game and deny compensation. Sound familiar to their “local behaviors” concerning many things?
