Can’t Login After Claiming Profile – Spotify for Artists Review

On Android and IPhone, Spotify for Artists tells me my profile has been claimed and I need to get a link with access. I tried that, but it doesn’t work, still same issue. However, on the IPad, I log in and I have access to my Artist profile.
