Major crash issues! – Family Guy Freakin Mobile Game Review

I was once a very loyal player I’ve loved this game for years and would have given this game 5 stars once upon a time. Unfortunately with the CONSTANT crashing issues I’ve pretty much lost all interest in playing and possibly considering deleting the app for good. With that being said...I’m not sure how to fix this issue because I’ve tried everything and nothing is working!! The app is up to date and my IOS is up to date but for some reason the game crashes almost every time I click the level I’m currently on . Is there a way to fix this? I really hope so because this is my favorite game and I would love to continue to play!! Pleaseeeee help me fix this problem! ..Update...I can no longer get to the settings option in the app itself. It immediately freezes on the screen that asks if I wanna send my friends extra lives!!
