App won’t launch past a screen that just says notification – Beast Quest Ultimate Heroes Review

I have a screen that pops up when I open the app that just says notification and my only option says ok. When I click it it takes me to the App Store. I’m on the current version and it prompts me to open the game in the App Store. I even preordered this game and I can’t play it.
