Stopped functioning after purchase – Manga.Lib Review

Hi, I could not find any information to report this issue. I cannot open any chapter of any title, and downloads also fail. The screen displays a plain black page and white X in the middle. I have tried quitting the app, restarting my iPad Pro, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. All were unsuccessful. Please help
